Dr. Neva Shebini is a British Australian Psychiatrist based in Cairns, Australia. She works in Private practice and all consultations are online via Tele-health.  She works with adult patients with a broad spectrum of psychiatric conditions, within Australia and also internationally. She is particularly interested in helping people who suffer with psychological trauma from childhood events, complex trauma across the lifespan (cPTSD) and also Military trauma. A large focus of her work is on the emotional and psychological stabilisation of clients before they undergo trauma therapy.

She is also practising Integrative medicine, a more holistic approach to assessing and healing the mind and body. Dr Shebini is a firm advocate for treating and healing the body, with a particular focus on the gut, in order to stabilise and heal the mind. Dr. Shebini welcomes clients who are interested and open-minded to a more holistic approach and who may feel disillusioned by their psychotropic medications and who have felt stuck in their treatment journey.
